The following list comprises medium-sized cities in Portugal with more than 35,000 people but less than 100,000. These cities have infrastructure and services like hospitals, shops, public transportation, and fun things to do. Most of them are in the interior of Portugal, but a few are on the coast.

Bragança

About 35,000 people live in Braganca, in the northern part of Portugal, specifically in the district of Braganca.
